Breast Reduction

Breast Reduction Abbotsford
Many women of all ages who have extremely large heavy breasts (hypermastia) that cause shoulder pain, neck pain, back pain, bra-strap grooving and rashes underneath the breasts with heat typically consider having a breast reduction surgery to relieve these symptoms and are extremely pleased with the result. By removing the extra fat and tissue this can greatly improve the pains and discomforts that come with having very large heavy breasts.

To see Dr. Brown for a breast reduction you need to obtain a referral from your family doctor or a walk-in clinic as this is a benefit of the Medical Services Plan if a minimum amount of tissue is taken out of the breast.

In your complimentary one-on-one consultation with Dr. Brown, he will discuss:

  • If you are a candidate to have a breast reduction
  • Go over your expectations for your surgical goal (final breast size)
  • What to expect before and after surgery
  • The benefits and potential risks with having a breast reduction
